The Juniper Networks EX4400-24X is an AI-driven, cloud-native, compact, scalable, 10GbE switch ideal for enterprise campus distribution deployments, with 24 x 10GbE ports, various uplink options (100 GbE, 25GbE, and 10GbE, and virtual chassis capabilities.

Powered through the Juniper Mist™ cloud architecture and Mist AI, it offers leading-edge technologies, including EVPN/VLXAN for building campus fabrics and streaming telemetry for optimizing user experiences from client to cloud. It’s differentiated by features such as MACsec AES-256, microsegmentation using group-based policies (GBP), and Juniper Virtual Chassis technology. 

The EX4400-24X is ideal for enterprise campus distribution deployments, with its 24 x 10GbE ports, various uplink options (100GbE, 25GbE, and 10GbE), and virtual chassis capabilities. The EX4400-24X can be deployed as a distribution switch in larger campuses or small- or medium-sized campus core networks.

Juniper Networks campus fabric provides a single standards-based Ethernet VPN-Virtual Extensible LAN (EVPN-VXLAN) solution that can be deployed in any campus, whether a two-tier network with a collapsed core distribution or a campus-wide system that involves multiple buildings with separate distribution and core layers.

The EX4400-24X’s EVPN/VXLAN capabilities allow network architects to deploy scalable and flexible EVPN/VXLAN-based campus fabrics with a few clicks in the Mist dashboard. The EX4400-24X follows the class two flex software licensing. License terms include 1, 3, 5 years and perpetual. Perpetual licenses include the S-EX-A-C2-P (advanced license) and the S-EX-P-C2-P (premium license). There is also an additional license to enable MACsec AES-256, with the S-EX-MACSEC-C2-P.
