Service description
Mist™ Webhook Monitoring Service gives customers access to the Juniper® Alert Format Relay software tool that receives information from Mist cloud and extracts select data that is then sent to a customer’s legacy monitoring systems. Alert Format Relay converts Mist cloud alerts received via webhooks to SNMP traps and system log messages for seamless integration with existing tools.
The service is available as an annual subscription with a license to monitor alarms for up to 1,000 Mist cloud-managed devices. Customers can get multiple licenses for a larger installed base. The service provides customers with installation, configuration, and support for Juniper Alert Format Relay for the duration of the service subscription term.
