0:12 health where we provide services in the

0:14 community typically personal support or

0:17 nursing services and then we have our

0:19 rehabilitation services division too

0:21 which are clinics across Canada we've

0:24 also come to a world where tellahalth is

0:26 dominant and we have to have virtual

0:28 care we need to be able to facilitate

0:30 video conferences and media and that has

0:33 a lot of implications on the network any

0:36 friction around waiting for web pages to

0:39 load or clinic systems to operate that

0:41 doesn't work for clinicians and so we

0:43 just want to make sure it works simple

0:45 as that juniper being able to allow us

0:48 to deploy at unprecedented speeds it

0:51 enabled us to to bring value to the

0:54 business at record speeds the process to

0:58 take this live was bar none the best

1:01 I've seen it was super super smooth

1:03 there is a marked difference between the

1:05 the before Juniper and now the ability

1:08 to fix things before a clinic even feels

1:11 that there's a network problem uh has

1:13 been fantastic the way that we look at a

1:15 lot of the AI ops is that it's

1:18 essentially our frontline analyst it

1:20 makes the act of troubleshooting vastly

1:23 more efficient we've seen efficiency

1:25 gains of 75% of just people spending

1:28 time diagnosing in most locations we've

1:30 seen throughput increase by twice

1:32 latency down by half uh so we've seen

1:34 significant improvements in connectivity

1:36 across the network without making any

1:38 changes to the underlying providers

1:40 anecdotally we've seen a decrease in

1:43 escalations pre Juniper I saw almost

1:46 daily escalations and that has easily

1:48 gone down by 50% we're running this

1:50 platform for about a third of the cost

1:52 of what it used to cost us to operate uh

1:54 and so as much as we thought we had to

1:56 do this just for technology sake it

1:59 actually paid back in under 3 years i've

2:02 been at CBI Health for a long time I've

2:04 seen all kinds of change exciting change
