The PTX10003 Packet Transport Router offers on-demand scalability for critical core routing functions with high-density interfaces—10GbE, 40GbE, 100GbE, 200GbE, and 400GbE—for distributed core networks and network applications. Delivering massive capacity, this 400GbE platform is available in 8-Tbps and 16-Tbps models, supporting 100GbE inline MACsec with no latency on throughput.
With its compact form factor and power efficiency, the PTX10003 meets the demanding requirements of Internet service providers, cloud providers, cable operators, and high-volume content providers. It provides secure transit, peering, and full IP/MPLS and SPRING applications in the data center edge and content delivery network (CDN) core.
