Registered members of the Juniper Networks (“Juniper”) Partner Advantage Program (Reseller, Select, Elite and Elite+) and SI’s located in: Europe, Middle East, Africa, CIS, Eastern and Southeastern Europe excluding the Russian Federation, Belarus and the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea (“EMEA”), Caribbean and Latin America (“CALA”), United States & Canada (“NAM”), or Asia Pacific countries (“APAC”) who are purchasing directly from Juniper or from a Juniper authorized distributor.

Eligible Customers:

New Juniper End User customer accounts (may be an existing Juniper customer without a Juniper Mist portfolio) in Europe, Middle East, Africa, CIS, Eastern and Southeastern Europe excluding the Russian Federation, Belarus and the Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea (“EMEA”), Caribbean and Latin America (“CALA”), United States & Canada (“NAM”) or Asia Pacific countries (“APAC”) who are i) purchasing from a Juniper authorized partner, and ii) located where Juniper APs are certified for sale, and iii) have at least 25+ non-Juniper APs deployed in their current environment. (K-12 not eligible)

Promotion Overview

The Juniper AI On Us (“Promotion”) provides eligible customers, through eligible partners, the ability to purchase up to 40 highly discounted MIST AP45 bundles, including 1Y all SVC SUB. This promotion has been announced to incentivize trying Juniper Wi-Fi. Any Eligible Customer desiring to purchase AP45 devices should take advantage of this promotion.

Promotion Details

Quotations/purchases of the AP45 bundles must be made simultaneously on the same quote. All components of the bundle must be purchased to qualify for this Promotion. Additional products, software, licenses, support, and services are sold separately and not included as a part of this offer. This Promotion is limited to the designated AP45 bundles listed in this document. Renewals of any included subscriptions are not automatic. Customers must purchase a new subscription at time of renewal using standard Juniper pricing and standard subscription products. Services included in the AP45 bundles listed in this document:

All bundle purchases must be approved by Juniper. The number of bundles per eligible customer may be limited at Juniper’s sole discretion, depending on the size of the upcoming wireless network project opportunity or other factors

How to Utilize the Promotion

• Request a quote from your Juniper Account Manager.
• The Juniper Account Manager will request a quote for the Juniper AI On Us Promotion from Sales Support.
• Provide reference to the Campaign ID “AI On Us”. This is mandatory for tracking the Promotion through the sales cycle.
• Quote to be built using the required products from the Promotion Details section above.
• Standard quote approvals will be triggered and reviewed for each quote request to ensure restrictions and qualification are being observed.
• Once approved, the Juniper authorized and eligible (“distributor”) or DVAR partner listed on the quote will receive an email with the approved quote and necessary information. Partners purchasing through distribution will work with the distributor for their “Buy Price” on the Promotion. Eligible partners will then need to place a purchase order with the distributor.
• Juniper eligible distributor or partner places the Juniper PO through the normal processes.
• Fulfillment through a registered and eligible Juniper distributor or DVAR partner only.

Fulfillment: Eligible distributor or DVAR partner fulfils direct from Juniper (drop ship only, unless fulfilled from remaining distribution stock):

1. Obtain Juniper quote approval prior to ordering.
2. Obtain partner PO for orders via distribution before placing the order. Place PO directly with Juniper for Distribution or direct DVAR partner orders.
3. Order product at net price. Purchase price must match the quote pricing.
4. Do not ship to Distributor primary stocking location.
5. All parts of the promotional quote should be ordered on the same PO referencing Campaign ID “AI On Us”.
